By creating an account or using Lookma, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What Lookma is
Lookma is a nutrition diary. It estimates daily calorie and macronutrient targets from the body details you enter and lets you record what you eat and drink. It can also identify food from a photo using an AI service.
2. Lookma is not a medical service
Lookma does not provide medical, nutritional or diagnostic advice. Targets are estimates produced by a standard formula and may not suit you. AI food recognition is frequently approximate and can be wrong about both the food and its nutritional values — always check the numbers before relying on them.
Do not use Lookma as a substitute for professional care. Consult a doctor or a registered dietitian before significantly changing your diet, and particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are under medical treatment, have diabetes, or have or have had an eating disorder.
3. Your account
You need an account to use the app. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give accurate details — wrong body data produces meaningless targets. You must be at least 16 years old.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, access other users' data, or use the app for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Your content
What you record stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service: to store your entries and to send photos you choose to scan to our AI provider for recognition. We do not use your diary to train AI models.
6. Availability and changes
The app is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. Features may change and the service may be discontinued. If we shut Lookma down, we will give reasonable notice so you can export or keep a record of your data.
7. Price
Lookma is currently free and contains no advertising. If paid features are introduced, existing functionality will not be removed without notice.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for decisions you make based on the app's estimates. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or intentional misconduct. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
9. Ending use
You can stop at any time and delete your account, with all of its data, from Settings → Delete account.
10. Governing law
Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the mandatory law of the country where you live.

1. Lookma nedir
Lookma bir beslenme günlüğüdür. Girdiğiniz vücut bilgilerinden günlük kalori ve makro besin hedeflerini tahmin eder, yediklerinizi ve içtiklerinizi kaydetmenizi sağlar. Ayrıca bir yapay zeka servisi aracılığıyla fotoğraftan yemek tanıyabilir.
2. Lookma bir sağlık hizmeti değildir
Lookma tıbbi, beslenmeye dair veya tanısal tavsiye vermez. Hedefler standart bir formülün ürettiği tahminlerdir ve size uymayabilir. Yapay zeka ile yemek tanıma çoğu zaman yaklaşıktır; hem yemeği hem de besin değerlerini yanlış tahmin edebilir — sayılara güvenmeden önce mutlaka kontrol edin.
Lookma'yı profesyonel bakımın yerine koymayın. Beslenmenizde önemli bir değişiklik yapmadan önce; özellikle hamile veya emziriyorsanız, tedavi görüyorsanız, diyabetiniz varsa ya da yeme bozukluğu geçirdiyseniz bir hekime veya diyetisyene danışın.
3. Hesabınız
Uygulamayı kullanmak için hesap gerekir. Şifrenizi kimseyle paylaşmayın; hesabınız altında olanlardan siz sorumlusunuz. Bilgilerinizi doğru girin — yanlış vücut verisi anlamsız hedefler üretir. En az 16 yaşında olmalısınız.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Servisi bozmaya, aşırı yüklemeye veya tersine mühendisliğe kalkışmayın; başka kullanıcıların verisine erişmeye çalışmayın; uygulamayı hukuka aykırı bir amaçla kullanmayın. Bunları yapan hesapları askıya alabiliriz.
5. İçeriğiniz
Kaydettikleriniz size aittir. Bize yalnızca servisi çalıştırmak için gereken izni vermiş olursunuz: kayıtlarınızı saklamak ve taramayı seçtiğiniz fotoğrafları tanıma için yapay zeka sağlayıcımıza göndermek. Günlüğünüzü yapay zeka modeli eğitmek için kullanmıyoruz.
6. Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler
Uygulama olduğu gibi sunulur; kesintisiz hizmet garantisi verilmez. Özellikler değişebilir, servis sonlandırılabilir. Lookma'yı kapatırsak, verilerinizi dışa aktarabilmeniz veya kaydedebilmeniz için makul bir süre önceden haber veririz.
7. Ücret
Lookma şu an ücretsizdir ve reklam içermez. İleride ücretli özellikler eklenirse, mevcut işlevler haber verilmeden kaldırılmaz.
8. Sorumluluk
Hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan ve uygulamanın tahminlerine dayanarak verdiğiniz kararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Buradaki hiçbir madde, hukuken sınırlanamayan sorumluluğu — ölüm, ihmalden kaynaklanan bedensel zarar veya kasıtlı davranış dahil — sınırlamaz. Tüketiciyseniz kanuni haklarınız saklıdır.
9. Kullanımı sonlandırma
İstediğiniz zaman bırakabilir, hesabınızı ve tüm verinizi Ayarlar → Hesabı sil adımından silebilirsiniz.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk
Polonya hukuku uygulanır. Tüketiciyseniz, yaşadığınız ülkenin emredici hükümlerinin sağladığı korumalar da geçerli olmaya devam eder.
