Delete it yourself, in the app
This is the fastest way and needs no request:
- Open Lookma and sign in
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Or ask us
Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete the account and confirm within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account record and sign-in credentials
- Your profile: gender, age, height, weight, goal, activity level
- All food entries, water intake and weight history
- Your app settings and custom meals
- Everything Lookma stored on your device
Nothing linked to your account is kept afterwards. Photos you scanned were never stored on our servers. Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle, within 30 days at the latest.

- Profiliniz: cinsiyet, yaş, boy, kilo, hedef, aktivite düzeyi
- Bütün yemek kayıtları, su tüketimi ve kilo geçmişi
- Uygulama ayarlarınız ve özel öğünleriniz
- Lookma'nın cihazınızda tuttuğu her şey
Sonrasında hesabınıza bağlı hiçbir şey saklanmaz. Taradığınız fotoğraflar zaten sunucularımızda tutulmuyordu. Yedekler olağan döngüsünde, en geç 30 gün içinde üzerine yazılır.
